General Notice

Please be aware that, because most of our products come in a wide range of color and size combinations, our dresses are primarily made to order so we can keep costs as low as possible for our customers while offering flexible customization. As color variations may occur, if you are unsure about the exact shade you need, please refer to our Color Guide before placing your order. For all dresses and apparel, accurate sizing is essential, so please measure yourself using our Size Chart to ensure the best fit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, BuyBestDress will provide a full refund including shipping costs. Please contact us directly so we can help you with the return process.


1. Standard Size Dresses, Shoes, and Accessories

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will refund the cost of the product after the item has been returned in its original condition. Since we cover the cost of shipping the order to you, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and must include all original tags and any accompanying accessories.

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Because all items (including standard sizes) are made to order, we cannot support “buy-many-keep-one” purchases. Orders suspected of this intention may be cancelled by our customer service team.


2. Custom Size Dresses

Custom size dresses are made according to the precise measurements you provide (such as bust, waist, hips, height, hollow-to-floor, or other required sizing details). Because each dress is tailored specifically for you, it cannot be returned.

Please double-check your measurements and color selection before placing your order.

If minor alterations are needed, we offer a limited alteration reimbursement for custom-sized dresses. Simply send us a photo of your tailor’s receipt along with your order number, and we will take care of it.


3. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Since every product is made to order, we do not keep ready-made items available for exchange. If you need a different item, please return the original one (if eligible under the return policy) and place a new order. All new orders are subject to standard production times.


4. How to Return
  • Submit a return request through our “Contact Us” page within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your reason for return and photos for verification.

  • After your request is approved, we will send you a return form. Include this form in your package and ship the item(s) by mail at your own cost within 14 days using your local postal service

  • Keep your tracking information until the refund is completed. Once the returned package is received, the item(s) will be inspected to confirm the condition and the issues stated in your request.

  • After your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that while we initiate refunds promptly, banks and card issuers may take up to 30 days to complete the refund to your account, depending on their processing times.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.

  • Items returned without prior authorization cannot be processed.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please keep your receipt and tracking information.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

All items, including standard sizes, are made to order. Please refer to our cancellation terms below:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 5 days.

  • Cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.

  • Cancel between 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

  • Cancel between 72–120 hours after payment: 70% refund + shipping fee.

  • Cancel after more than 120 hours: 60% refund + shipping fee.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

To cancel your order, go to “My Orders,” select the relevant order, and submit a cancellation request.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly. We recommend that you review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund process.
