Most of our wedding and formal dresses are Made to Order, meaning they are crafted specifically after your order is placed. This allows us to offer more styles, sizes, and colors while reducing waste.
The estimated delivery time includes processing, tailoring, and shipping. Made to Order dresses typically take 2–8 weeks to arrive, though many are delivered sooner.

Absolutely! We offer inclusive sizing up to US 26W and custom sizing beyond that for the perfect fit.

Due to long-distance shipping, we recommend hanging your dress and gently steaming or low-heat ironing to maintain shape and smoothness before your big day.

What’s the difference between White, Ivory and Champagne?
In short:
• White – bright, cool, pure white with no warm undertone.
• Ivory – soft off-white with a warm undertone, flattering on most skin tones.

Why does the same color name look different on different fabrics?
The same color (for example “Ivory”) can look slightly different on chiffon, satin, lace or tulle because of thickness, sheen, transparency and how each fabric reflects light.

Can I order a custom color?
Many styles support custom colors, including shades not shown on the product page. Custom colors are made specially for you and are usually final sale, so they cannot be returned for color preference.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a full refund, repair, or replacement。
